This is a memorial site to honour the memory of my darling late wife, Paula Gray. If you have any questions, contributions or suggestions, please contact me.
Paula was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, whose life was defined by her thoughtfulness and compassion for others.
She was cruelly taken away; far, far too early, by a glioblastoma, the brain tumour nobody walks away from.
“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honourable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.”
Oscar Wilde
“Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.”
Vivian Greene
“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined.”
Henry David Thoreau
“Courage is grace under pressure.”
Ernest Hemingway
“Grief is the price we pay for love.”
Queen Elizabeth II
Paula found meaning and fulfillment in her career as a Registered Nurse.
